Our Classes

Fight Academy Coventry is a Boxing gym with a range of classes to accommodate everyone, no matter your fitness goal.

You don’t need to compete or spar to join.

We have an inclusive and welcoming gym for all, and offer non-contact boxing fitness classes, technical training sessions, and even have an Amateur (ABA) boxing team for those looking to take their training further.

Boxing Fitness (No Contact)

There's no fitness like boxing fitness. Our boxing fitness classes are the perfect workout for you. High-energy, non-contact sessions that combine boxing technique with strength, cardio and core training. A fun, challenging way to get fit — no sparring required.

ABA Boxing

We are proud of our ABA boxing team at Fight Academy. We have a number of active boxers, youth and adults. Contact us if you're interested in competing, and we can work with you to make sure you are ready.

Teen's Boxing 12-17

Confidence-boosting classes for children aged 7+ and teenagers, with a focus on fitness, discipline, and fun — whether they want to compete or just enjoy the sport. We assess their performance against our bespoke grading system.

Children's Boxing 5-11

Confidence-boosting classes for children aged 7+ and teenagers, with a focus on fitness, discipline, and fun — whether they want to compete or just enjoy the sport. We have a bespoke grading system, to help guide your child in realising their fitness goals.

Fight Club

Fight club is our mixed ability sparring class for those wanting to compete, both ABA, white collar and unlicensed boxers welcome for our sessions to help hone your boxing skills.

Kickboxing

We have a team of high quality kickboxing coaches well versed in teaching all forms of kickboxing and K-1. We cater sessions suitable for beginners and experienced fighters alike.

Women's Fitness

A supportive, high-energy boxing-inspired workout designed specifically for women of all fitness levels. This non-contact class focuses on building strength, improving cardio, and boosting confidence — all in a welcoming, empowering environment. No experience needed — just show up and give it your best.

Early Bird Boxing Circuits

Kickstart your day with our high-intensity early morning circuits class, designed to build strength, burn calories, and boost energy before the day begins. Open to all fitness levels, this fast-paced session combines boxing drills with bodyweight and conditioning exercises — perfect for those who like to train hard and finish early.
