Our Classes
Fight Academy Coventry is a Boxing gym with a range of classes to accommodate everyone, no matter your fitness goal.
You don’t need to compete or spar to join.
We have an inclusive and welcoming gym for all, and offer non-contact boxing fitness classes, technical training sessions, and even have an Amateur (ABA) boxing team for those looking to take their training further.

Kids’ Boxing
Our Kids’ Boxing classes are a fun and supportive introduction to the world of boxing, helping children develop fitness, coordination, confidence and discipline. Sessions are designed to be welcoming for all abilities, whether your child is completely new to boxing or already has some experience.

Our Teen Boxing classes give young people the chance to learn real boxing skills, improve their fitness and build confidence in a positive and friendly environment. Whether they are looking to get fit, make friends or take their boxing further, everyone is welcome.

teen's beginner boxing
Perfect for teenagers who are new to boxing, our Beginners Boxing sessions provide a relaxed and supportive introduction to the sport. Learn the fundamentals, get fitter and build confidence without worrying about previous experience.

women's boxfit
Our Women’s BoxFit sessions combine boxing-inspired training, cardio, strength and conditioning to provide a fun, energetic full-body workout. You don’t need any boxing experience or a particular level of fitness – just come along, have fun and get moving in a friendly and supportive environment.

Tot's boxing
Our Tots Boxing classes introduce children aged 3–6 to boxing through fun games, movement and age-appropriate activities. It’s a great way to develop coordination, confidence and physical skills while enjoying their first experience of boxing.

Our ABA Boxing sessions are focused on developing competitive boxers through structured training, technical development, fitness and preparation for competition. These sessions are aimed at selected members who are ready to progress their boxing to a competitive level.

kickboxing
Our Kickboxing classes combine striking techniques, fitness, movement and conditioning to provide an exciting full-body workout. Whether you want to learn a new combat sport, improve your fitness or simply try something different, our sessions are open to people looking to develop their skills in a friendly environment.

adult's boxing classes
Our Adult Boxing classes are suitable for all experience levels, from complete beginners to more experienced boxers. Learn boxing technique, improve your fitness, relieve stress and meet new people in a welcoming and supportive Coventry boxing gym.

Free Youth Club Ages 7–16
Our Free Youth Club gives young people aged 7–16 a safe, welcoming place to spend time, make friends and take part in activities. You don’t need to be interested in boxing to join – it’s about having fun, being active and giving young people a positive place to spend their Friday evening.

Teen Strength & Conditioning
Our Teen Strength & Conditioning sessions help young people improve strength, fitness, speed, coordination and athletic performance. Sessions are designed to complement boxing while helping teenagers become fitter, stronger and more confident.

Development Boxing is designed for members who want to take their boxing skills to the next level. Sessions focus on technique, movement, fitness and ringcraft, helping boxers develop their ability and confidence in a structured training environment.
